The Office of Communications Act 2002 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2002

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred on her by section 7(2) of the Office of Communications Act 2002( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Office of Communications Act 2002 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2002.

2. The following provisions of the Office of Communications Act 2002 shall come into force on 1st July 2002:
