The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977( 1 ) section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990( 2 ) and section 45(5) of the Health and Social Care Act 2001( 3 ) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation, commencement and interpretation
1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Camden and Islington Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.
(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Camden and Islington Mental Health National Health Service Trust Order 2001( 4 ).
Amendment of article 2 of the principal Order
2. In article 2 of the principal Order there shall be substituted for the words “Camden and Islington Mental Health National Health Service Trust” the words “Camden and Islington Mental Health and Social Care Trust”.
Amendment of article 4 of the principal Order
3. In article 4 of the principal Order for “5” on both occasions it appears, there shall be substituted “7”.

1977 c. 49 ; section 126(3) was amended by section 65(2) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19) (“the 1990 Act”), by paragraph 57 of Schedule 1 to the Health Authorities Act 1995 (c. 17) (“the 1995 Act”) and by section 41(10) and paragraph 27 of Schedule 2 to the National Health Service (Primary Care) Act 1997 (c. 46) .
1990 c. 19 . Section 5 was amended by paragraph 69 of Schedule 1 to the 1995 Act and by the Health Act 1999 (c. 8) section 13; paragraph 3 of schedule 2 to the 1990 Act was amended by the Health Act 1999 section 13(7); paragraph 6 of Schedule 2 to the 1990 Act was amended by the Health Act 1999 Schedule 4 paragraph 83(4).
