The Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 44 of the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001( 1 ), the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2002.

2. Save for section 8, Part I of the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 (Regulation of Motor Salvage Operators) shall come into force on 21st October 2002.
