The Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2002

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 8B(5) of the Immigration Act 1971( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 6th February 2002.

2. At the beginning of Part 1 of the Schedule to the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) Order 2000( 2 ) (Resolutions of the Security Council of the United Nations) there shall be inserted:
