The Finance Act 2002, section 5(6), (Appointed Date) Order 2002

The Commissioners of Customs and Excise, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 5(6)(a) of the Finance Act 2002( 1 ) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 2002, section 5(6), (Appointed Date) Order 2002.

2. The date appointed under section 5(6)(a) of the Finance Act 2002 is 25th July 2002.
