In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 187(5) (6) and (7), 231(2) and 232(5) of the Education Reform Act 1988( 1 ) the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Education (London Residuary Body) (Property Transfer) (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st September 2002.

2. The Education (London Residuary Body) (Property Transfer) Order 1992( 2 ) is amended by substituting for Article 4(6)( 3 ) the following paragraph:
