The State Pension Credit Act (Commencement No. 2) Order 2002

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22(3) of the State Pension Credit Act 2002( 1 ) and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the State Pension Credit Act (Commencement No. 2) Order 2002.

Appointed day

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 18 of the State Pension Credit Act 2002 is 3rd September 2002.
