The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 120(1) of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979( 1 ), hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Origin of Goods (Petroleum Products) (Revocation) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st October 2002.

Revocation

2. The Origin of Goods (Petroleum Products) Regulations 1988( 2 ) and the Origin of Goods (Petroleum Products) (Amendment) Regulations 1992( 3 ) are hereby revoked.
