The Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2002

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 44 of the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2002.

Commencement

2. The following provisions of the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 shall come into force on 17th September 2002—

(a) section 32;

(b) section 33;

(c) section 43 for the purposes of paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Schedule to that Act.
