The Aerodromes (Designation) (Facilities for Consultation) (Amendment) Order 2002

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 35(1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Aerodromes (Designation) (Facilities for Consultation) (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 15th October 2002.

2. In the Schedule to the Aerodromes (Designation) (Facilities for Consultation) Order 1996 ( 2 ) “Filton” shall be substituted for “Bristol (Filton)” “Wolverhampton” shall be substituted for “Halfpenny Green”, “Leavesden” shall be omitted, “Manston” shall be inserted after “Manchester” and “White Waltham” shall be inserted after “Teesside”.
