Present,

The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers in that behalf by the British Settlements Acts 1887( 1 ) and 1945( 2 ) or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:β€”

1. This Order may be cited as the Pitcairn Court of Appeal Order 2000 (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 4th March 2002.

2. The Pitcairn Court of Appeal Order 2000( 3 ) shall be amended by the omission of the final sentence in the form of Judicial affirmation in the Schedule to that Order.
