In exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 7(2) of the Copyright, etc. and Trade Marks (Offences and Enforcement) Act 2002( 1 ) the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Copyright, etc. and Trade Marks (Offences and Enforcement) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2002.

2. The Copyright, etc. and Trade Marks (Offences and Enforcement) Act 2002 shall come into force on 20th November 2002.
