The European Economic Interest Grouping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2002

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1973( 1 ), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Economic Interest Grouping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.
2. The Schedule to the European Economic Interest Grouping (Fees) Regulations 1999( 2 ) is amended by:
(a) substituting, in respect of the entries in the first column below, the sums set out below in relation to those entries for the sums specified in relation to those entries in the second column of the Schedule to those Regulations as follows:
| (i) | entry 2 | £9.00 |
| (ii) | entry 3 (delivered at an office of the registrar of companies) | £9.00 |
| (iii) | entry 3 (delivered by post) | £12.00 |
| (iv) | entry 4 (second element) if requested otherwise | £9.00 plus £1.00 for each document supplied |
