The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2002

In exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 172(2) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994( 1 ), the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2002.

2. Section 159(3) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, together with section 168(3) to the extent that it is necessary to bring into force the entry in Schedule 11 (repeals) in respect of the Backing of Warrants (Republic of Ireland) Act 1965( 2 ), shall come into force on 20th March 2002.
