The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, being designated ( 1 ) for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972( 2 ) in relation to the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Community, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by that section, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, makes the following Regulations:

Title, extent and commencement

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No. 3) (Revocation) Regulations 2002 and shall extend to England.

(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 6th March 2002.

Revocation of the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No. 3) Regulations 2002

2.The Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No. 3) Regulations 2002( 3 ) are revoked.
