In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 4(2) of the Education Act 1994( 1 ), the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Order:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Funding for Teacher Training) Designation Order 2002 and shall come into force on 26th March 2002.

2. The institutions and bodies referred to in the Schedule are hereby designated as institutions eligible for funding under Part I of the Education Act 1994.
