The Osteopaths Act 1993 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2002

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 42(2) and (4) of the Osteopaths Act 1993( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and interpretation

1. This Order may be cited as the Osteopaths Act 1993 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2002.

Appointed Day

2. 3rd March 2002 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the whole of the Osteopaths Act 1993 in so far as it is not already in force.
