The Gaming (Bingo) Act (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2002

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by paragraph 5(1) of the Schedule to the Gaming (Bingo) Act 1985( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Gaming (Bingo) Act (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.

2. In article 2 of the Gaming (Bingo) Act (Fees) Order 1986( 2 )—

(a) in paragraph (a), for “£150,168” there shall be substituted “£167,000”; and

(b) in paragraph (b), for “£144,576” there shall be substituted “£160,000”.

3. The Gaming (Bingo) Act (Fees) (Amendment) Order 2001( 3 ) is hereby revoked.
