The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 52(11) of the Disability Discrimination Act( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Disability Discrimination Code of Practice (Goods, Facilities, Services and Premises) Revocation Order 2002 and shall come into force on 27th May 2002.

Revocation

2. The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 Code of Practice on the Rights of Access to Goods, Facilities, Services and Premises (ISBN No. 0-11-271055-7) referred to in the Disability Discrimination Code of Practice (Goods, Facilities, Services and Premises) Order 1999( 2 ) is revoked.
