The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 275(1) of the Transport Act 2000( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:—

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 8 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2002.

Amendment of the Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 8 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2002.

2. —(1) Part 2 of the Schedule to the Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 8 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2002( 2 ) is amended as provided in paragraph (2) below.

(2) For the entry relating to section 274 there is substituted—
