The Land Registration Act 2002 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2003

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 136(2) of the Land Registration Act 2002( 1 ), makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Land Registration Act 2002 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2003.

2. The following provisions of the Land Registration Act 2002 shall come into force on 28th April 2003—

(a) section 107 and Schedule 9; and

(b) paragraph 28 of Schedule 11 and, so far as it relates to that paragraph, section 133.
