The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 39(5), (6) and (7) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989( 1 ) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Airport Companies (Capital Finance) (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st May 2003.

2. In Schedule 1 to the Public Airport Companies (Capital Finance) Order 1996( 2 ) the entry for London Luton Airport Limited shall be omitted.
