The Access to Justice Act 1999 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2003

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 108(1) of the Access to Justice Act 1999( 1 ), makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Access to Justice Act 1999 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2003.

2. Section 31 of the Access to Justice Act 1999 shall come into force on 2nd June 2003.
