The Commonwealth Development Corporation (Exempt Period) (Appointed Day) Order 2003

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 20 of, and paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 3 to, the Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1999( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Commonwealth Development Corporation (Exempt Period) (Appointed Day) Order 2003.

Appointed day

2. The day appointed as the day on which the exempt period shall begin is 1st May 2003.
