The Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2003

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 162(1) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2003.

2. The following provisions of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 shall come into force on 30th July 2003:

(a) section 129; and

(b) sections 134 to 139.
