The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 45(1) and 67 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995( 1 ) (“the Act”) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with such representative organisations as he thought fit in accordance with section 45(4) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:—

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles Accessibility (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 11th August 2003.

Increases in fees

2. —(1)The Public Service Vehicles Accessibility Regulations 2000( 2 ) shall be amended as follows.

(2) In the regulations specified in column (1) of the Table for the amounts specified in column (2) there shall be substituted the amounts specified in column (3).
