The Divorce (Religious Marriages) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2003

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 2(2) of the Divorce (Religious Marriages) Act 2002( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Divorce (Religious Marriages) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2003.

2. The Divorce (Religious Marriages) Act 2002 shall come into force on 24th February 2003.
