The Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (Commencement No. 15) Order 2003

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 170(4) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (Commencement No. 15) Order 2003.

2. So far as it is not already in force( 2 ), section 165 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 shall come into force on 1st August 2003.
