The Secretary of State, in the exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 72A of the Insolvency Act 1986( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Insolvency Act 1986, Section 72A (Appointed Date) Order 2003.

Appointed date

2. The date appointed under section 72A(4)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986 is 15th September 2003.
