The Police Reform Act 2002 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 108(2) of the Police Reform Act 2002( ), the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Police Reform Act 2002 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2003.
2. The following provisions of the Police Reform Act 2002 shall come into force on 15th November 2003—
(a) section 24 (consultation on regulations) to the extent not already in force;
(b) section 87 (police members of NCS) to the extent not already in force;
(c) section 91 (supplementary provisions about police membership of NCS) to the extent not already in force; and
(d) paragraph 1(2)(a) of Schedule 4.
