The Secretary of State for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Secretary of State by section 4(2) of the Education Act 1994( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Funding for Teacher Training) Designation (No.2) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 4th November 2003.

2. The following are hereby designated as institutions eligible for funding under Part I of the Education Act 1994—

(a) Undergraduate Ambassadors Limited, a company limited by guarantee having the registration number 4861135,

(b) Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council, and

(c) Southend Education Action Forum.
