The Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2003

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 120(1) of the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2003.

Commencement of provisions

2. The following provisions of the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 shall come into force on 31st October 2003—

(a) section 111 (highways: snow and ice); and

(b) section 115 (railways in London: information).
