In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Secretary of State by section 4(2) of the Education Act 1994( 1 ) the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Order:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Funding for Teacher Training) Designation Order 2003 and shall come into force on 7 th March 2003.

2. The Centre for Literacy in Primary Education, a charitable company limited by guarantee having the registration number 1092698 and Royal Academy of Dance, a registered charity having the number 312826 are hereby designated as bodies eligible for funding under Part 1 of the Education Act 1994.
