Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 1(1) of the Consular Fees Act 1980( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Consular Fees (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 14th November 2003.

2. The Consular Fees (No.2) Order 1999( 2 ) shall be amended at Fee 13(b)(ii), set out in Part II of the table of consular fees in the Schedule annexed to that Order, by replacing the words β€œfast-track service” with the words β€œfast-track collect service”.
