The Sustainable Energy Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2003

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred upon her by section 9(5) and (8) of the Sustainable Energy Act 2003( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Sustainable Energy Act 2003 (Commencement No.1) Order 2003.

Commencement of provision

2. Section 5 of the Sustainable Energy Act 2003( 1 ) shall come into force on 28th November 2003.
