The Millennium Commission (Reduction in Membership) Order 2003

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to the National Lottery etc. Act 1993( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Millennium Commission (Reduction in Membership) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st January 2004.

Reduction in membership

2. Paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 6 to the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 is amended so as to substitute “eight” for “nine”.
