The Secretary of State for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 527A(5) and 569 of the Education Act 1996( 1 ) hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Education Authority (Behaviour Support Plans) (Exception) (England) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st January 2004.

Removal of requirement to publish revised plan.

2.Regulation 5(3)(b) of the Local Education Authority (Behaviour Support Plans) Regulations 1998( 2 ) shall not apply to the local education authorities listed in the Schedule.
