The Fireworks Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2003

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 18(1) of the Fireworks Act 2003( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and interpretation
1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Fireworks Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2003.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Fireworks Act 2003.
Provisions of the Act commenced by this Order
2. 28th November 2003 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the provisions of the Fireworks Act 2003 listed in the first column of the Schedule to this Order for the purposes set out in the second column.
