The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4(2) of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology (Deceased Fathers) Act 2003( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:—

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Human Fertilisation and Embryology (Deceased Fathers) Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2003.

Commencement

2. The Human Fertilisation and Embryology (Deceased Fathers) Act 2003, so far as not already in force, shall come into force on 1 December 2003.
