The Firearms (Removal to Northern Ireland) (Revocation) Order 2003

Coming into force

1st January 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 6 of the Firearms Act 1968( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Firearms (Removal to Northern Ireland) (Revocation) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st January 2004.

Revocation

2. The Firearms (Removal to Northern Ireland) Order 1990( 2 ) is hereby revoked.
