Her Majesty, in exercise of the power conferred on Her by paragraph 3A of Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is ordered, as follows:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Records (Designation of Bodies) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.

Amendments to Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958

2. In Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 (definition of public records), in Part II of the Table at the end of paragraph 3, at the appropriate alphabetical place insert—
