The British Nationality (Hong Kong) (Amendment) Regulations 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 41(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981( 1 ), the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the British Nationality (Hong Kong) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on the 1st April 2003.

2. Regulations 8 to 10 of the British Nationality (Hong Kong) Regulations 1986( 2 ) are hereby revoked.
