The Lord Chancellor and the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 13(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992( 1 ), hereby make the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Tribunals and Inquiries (Road User Charging Adjudicators) (London) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 21st April 2003.
2. In Schedule 1 to the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, after paragraph 40(b), there shall be inserted—
“ ;
(c)a road user charging adjudicator appointed under regulation 3 of the Road User Charging (Enforcement and Adjudication) (London) Regulations 2001 ( 2 ) . ” .

1992 c. 53 . The functions of the Lord Advocate under section 13(1) were transferred to the Secretary of State by article 2(1) of, and the Schedule to, the Transfer of Functions (Lord Advocate and Secretary of State) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/678 ).
S.I. 2001/2313 , to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.
