The State Pension Credit Act 2002 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2003

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22(3) of the State Pension Credit Act 2002( 1 ), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the State Pension Credit Act 2002 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2003.

Appointed day

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 14 of the State Pension Credit Act 2002 in so far as it relates to paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to that Act is 27 th January 2003 for the purpose only of exercising any power to make regulations.
