The Police (Revocation of Secretary of State’s Objectives) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 37(1) of the Police Act 1996( 1 ), after consultation in accordance with section 37(2) of that Act, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Police (Revocation of Secretary of State’s Objectives) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.

2. The Police (Secretary of State’s Objectives) Order 2002( 2 ) is hereby revoked.
