The Land Registration Act 2002 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2003

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 136(2) of the Land Registration Act 2002( 1 ), makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Land Registration Act 2002 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2003.

2. Sections 128 to 132, 134(1) and 136 of the Land Registration Act 2002 shall come into force on 4th April 2003.
