The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4, 5 and 7 of the Export Control Act 2002( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1. โ(1) This Order may be cited as the Trade in Controlled Goods (Embargoed Destinations) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 9th April 2004.
(2) In this Order, โthe principal Orderโ means the Trade in Controlled Goods (Embargoed Destinations) Order 2004( 2 ).
Amendment to the principal Order
2. In Article 8(4) of the principal Order, for the reference to โarticle 3โ there shall be substituted a reference to โparagraph (1)โ.
