The Police Reform Act 2002 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 108(2) of the Police Reform Act 2002( 1 ), the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Police Reform Act 2002 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2004.

2. Section 97(5) and (8) of the Police Reform Act 2002 shall come into force on 23rd February 2004 in England only.
