The Sustainable Energy Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 9(5) and (8) of the Sustainable Energy Act 2003( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Sustainable Energy Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2004.

Commencement

2. Section 2( 2 ) of the Sustainable Energy Act 2003 shall come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.

Section 2 extends to England and Wales, but only relates to residential accommodation in England.. Mirror provisions for Wales are contained in section 3 of the Act.
