Legal Deposit Libraries Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 16(1) of the Legal Deposit Libraries Act 2003( 1 ), and after consultation with Scottish Ministers and the National Assembly for Wales in accordance with section 16(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Legal Deposit Libraries Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2004.

2. The Legal Deposit Libraries Act 2003 shall come into force on 1st February 2004.
